Multi-period dynamic model for emergency resource dispatching problem in uncertain traffic network
After large scale emergencies, it is very important that the rapid and effective emergency supply which ensures the relief activities. And large scale incidents, such as earthquake, floods, often lead to traffic network uncertainty including connectivity uncertainty and the travel time uncertainty. In this paper, in view of the connectivity uncertainty, the multi-period dynamic transportation model of variety emergency materials is designed and corresponding hybrid heuristic algorithm is given, the numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
