Research on Coupled Model Construction of Public Safety Incidents of Serious Water Pollution in the Three Gorges Reservoir
By analyzing the dynamic process of the coupling of the disater body, the hazard-bearing body and the disaster-coping body of public safety incidents of water pollution in the Three Gorges reservoir area, this paper constructs a coupled model of differential equations, and quantitatively addresses mechanisms for all dynamic factors to achieve optimal coupling. The study reveals that the realization of the occurance of the public safety incident of water pollution in this area relies on the minimization of the deviation of the one-order optimality condition of the dynamic factor, and the minimization of the deviation attributes to the maximization of dynamic coupling.
