Study on Enterprise Cooperation Alliance Performance Evaluation of Customer Value-oriented

For the current competition and survival pressure of enterprises, this paper studied the customer valueoriented enterprise cooperation alliance. By analyzing the reasonable meaning and the key features of customer value found: Enterprises which establish a cooperative alliance is based on the understanding of customer value, its goal is to achieve maximized customer value which is based on minimum cost. Through the analysis of the alliance performance, the process of customer value-oriented enterprise cooperation alliance performance evaluation was advocated and built the cooperative alliance performance evaluation system. Finally, using the combine of AHP and TOPSIS method proposed that customer value-oriented evaluation of alliance performance is feasibility and effectiveness.
