On the procurement payment problem of government engineering project in China

摘要：

There are a huge number of construction projects which are invested by Chinese government ,and there do exist many problems in the management control of the runds.The author advocates that the government investment engineering projects should be brought into the strict management of government procurement,especially be brought into the financial centralized payment system of government procurement.so that we can conduct strict management and then form a complete procurement and payment system in government engineering project s.In this paper the article also discusses the corresponding reform matters in the process of explaining the contents of this payment system.
