Quantitative method on miners?emergency response capacity
Comprehensive evaluation of miners emergency response capacity can help to optimal selection of key employers for safety, and can reduce humaninitiated mining accidents .The article establishes a evaluation index system of individual emergency ability based on engineering practices, and then applies Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine each indexs weight reasonably, finally uses fuzzy mathematical method to conduct the evaluation of single factor and the overall comprehensive evaluation respectively. Taking a colliery certain area as example, the application of the method is used, and by means of the evaluation result, suggestions and countermeasures for improving miners personal emergency ability are put forward.
