The research of allocation problem under minimum loss target

摘要：

Based on the past research of emergency material allocation problems, a mathematical model with the minimum loss objective function is given, which is about time and material amount. Then a sample is designed to test the model. Furthermore, a robust optimization model is built, and the further direction is given.
