Analysis on the Strategy for Enhancing the Capability of Urban Emergency Management
Urban emergency management capability is playing an increasingly prominent role during the rapid development of economics and urbanization. For the continuing changing situation, in order to achieve sound and rapid development of the cities, the paper proposes that the solution to enhance emergency management capability focuses on improvement of the institutions, capability evaluation, resources allocation, training exercises and expanding participation.
