The Analysis of Typical Case in Network Ecological Crisis

In pace of the development and universality in network, network has became Dhe Second Living EnvironmentD, is the ecology between human being and information. For misusing and abusing in network, the network environment is deteriorating, resulting in the so-called Qetwork ecological crisis? In this pa per, by analysis of typical case, finding that in our country raise there are some problems in network crisis management, such as waking management in early warning, crisis confirming and handling. Based on those analysis, enhanced the countermeasure of enhance the crisis management, including perfecting related law to prevent cybercrime, instructing network early warning system, enhancing industry self-regulation, persisting the principle of network ecological ethics, etc.
