Analysis and Countermeasures on Comprehensive Disaster Precaution Emergency Management System of our Country

摘要：

In recent years, a series of catastrophic incidents which occurred in our country caused disastrous losses to our urban construction, which posed a severe test to comprehensive disaster prevention emergency management system of our country. In this paper, referring to some foreign comprehensive disaster prevention emergency management systems, some defects of comprehensive disaster prevention emergency management system in China are analyzed, and some constructive responses are put forward to solve the problems.
