Policies on the Training System based on Constructions of Emergency Management Capability of the Governmental Officials in China
Carrying out fruitful training for the emergency officials of the government, to enhance their ability in dealing with the emergency and disaster accidents, and to improve our national emergency management safeguard system, we should speed up to construct the overall emergency management training system. First we analyze the demand of our emergency management training and legal basis, assess the status and needs, su-mmarize main experience and the procedure of training system construction in those developed countries such as US, Japan, Germany and so on, after analyzing the main body characteristic, the regional disaster condition and regional emergency capability coupled with emergency management characteristic of our country, we pro-pose to establish emergency management training program from six aspects such as the content, teachers, trai-ning bases and the training management.
