The Construction of Evaluation Index System on University Emergency Management Capabilities

Stable and healthy development of colleges and universities is very important for the society. Frequent incidents make it important to understand accurately and enhance emergency management as building harmonious campus. The paper begins with the statement on the general principles of emergency management and the characteristics of colleges. Then it analyses the construction principles of the evaluation index system on university emergency management capabilities. Finally, a system of evaluation index is constructed. According to the article, the idea of lifecycle management should be to establish and basic work of university emergency management must be strengthened in the future.
