Discuss on the on-site command headquarters in public emergency response
Starting from the function and role of on-site command headquarters, combined with the process of emergency response, namely predate stage, site response stage, response upgrade stage and end stage, analyzing the key problems in the whole process of on-site command headquarters, such as the time and subject of establishment and revocation, working procedure and so on, in order to provide theory reference for emergency response and practical help for safe and effective and stable operation of onsite command headquarters.
