The Support Capability Evaluation of Emergency Materials
The support capability evaluation of emergency materials has an important role to improve emergency reserve resources, and ensure the supply of emergency materials. The article put forward a method based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment to evaluate the support capability of emergency materials. Divide the evaluation index into three levels, evaluate the third index with the method of experts investigation, then calculate the weight of the third and the second evaluation index with the method of analytic hierarchy process. Finally, use the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment to calculate the score of the second evaluation index, and get the final evaluation results. The method can objectively evaluate, and find the existing problems and the shortage of the support capability of emergency materials. It has strong theoretical and practical operation.
