Investigation and Analysis on Public Health Emergency Response Capability of County CDC Institution in Henan Province
Objective To know the status of public health emergency response capability and problems of county CDC institution in Henan province. Methods 43 county CDC institutions in Henan province were investigated with a questionnaire including emergency organization construction, human resource, emergency training and exercises, material storage, financial resource, etc. Results Effective response rate was 95.8％. Compare with the country average level, on the special emergency response troops, emergency response pluralistic organization, the emergency response projects and its amount, the CDC at county level in Henan province are better. But on the emergency response organization and headquarters, the emergency response worker?degree, the CDC at county level in Henan province are worse. Conclusion The public health emergencies response capacities in Henan Province at county level need to be improved.
