On the Construction of a Security System Based on the Consideratic Of Outdoor Mountaineering Accidents in China

摘要：

Mountain-climbing is a highly risky sports activity, with a plethora of unpredictable dangers in the course of participation. We call the injuries elicited by unexpected disasters while climbing mountains mountaineering accidents. In order to avoid and reduce injuries and losses in such accidents, we need to construct and improve step by step the outdoor mountaineering emergency rescue system. This thesis has adopted statistical and contrast approaches to survey and explore ways to construct this rescue system on the basis of careful considerations on ChinaOs mountaineering accidents. Conclusions are thus drawn that the management of outdoor mountaineering emergency rescue in China is a component of ChinaDs public management; and that the construction of a perfect emergency rescue system can further promote a rational, scientific, healthy and orderly development of ChinaDs outdoor mountaineering activities.
