Study on the network crisis management of enterprise

摘要：

Internet brings new opportunities to enterprise, but it brings potential crisis, too. Due to unique Internet media, enterprises crisis showed different characteristics from the traditional enterprise crisis in the network times. Now,how to solve the network crisis management problems, is an important issue that all enterprises are facing. This paper summarizes the concep of network crisis and Analysis the characteristics of network times enterprise crisi. Put forward the countermeasure and suggest according to these characteristics, in order to help enterprise management.
