Research on the coal mine safety investment decisions based on the method of LEC

摘要：

Based on the operating conditions of risk assessment method (LEC) comprehensive score decision, evaluate the coal mine safety training and ventilation dust collecting the rationality of the investment. Analyzed the coefficient process get integrated assessment of the value of the degree of reasonable decision. The results show that: comprehensive score decision based on LEC has the advantages of quantitative advantages to the coal mine safety reasonable investment decision analysis degrees . In a certain degree of safety investment scale to solve the difficult problem of the coal mine enterprises, can provide the rationality of safety investment advice, convenient managers to make decisions.
