Factor Analysis on the Forest Ecological Compensation A Case of Heilongjiang Province
Due to the decrease of forest resource, establishing and improving the compensation mechanism of forest ecosystem has become more and more important and has become a problem which is needed to be resolved as soon as possible in order to realize sustainable development in forestry and society. In April 2008, State Forestry Administration of China released the assessment standards of forest environmental benefits. The article researched the factors affecting the compensation mechanism of forest ecosystem by collecting expertsD assessment grade and using the method of viewing the structure in terms of different levels, and found the eight factors which mainly affect the compensation mechanism of forest ecosystem. On the importance, the factorDs order is (from high to low):atmosphere environmental purification, soil conservation, water conservation, carbon fixation, oxygen released, nutrient accumulation, species conservation, action of forest against natural calamities and forest recreation.
