The Research on decision-making method of air power for disaster relief

摘要：

On the foundation of the analyses to necessity of decision-supported on emergency relief of disaster, this article puts forward to three methods of the Case-based Reasoning, and systematically studies mechanism of the Case-based Reasoning to dealing with an emergency relief of disaster with airpower.
