Research on Optimizing Multi-objective LRP Model of Emergency Logistics Mitigation System
The paper establishes a LRP model with the goal of minimizing total cost (including fixed cost, transportation cost and disaster losses cost) according to the characteristics of natural disaster and breaks down the location-routing problem (LRP) into two sub-problems: emergency service facilities location problem and emergency resource routing problem. The model of LRP is NP-hard. So the paper uses a two-stage heuristic algorithm to solve this model. At first the clustering method is used to solve emergency service facilities location problem. Then the paper builds multi-objective decision-making system based on time, safety and cost factors and uses genetic algorithm to solve it. At last, this paper gives out a typical example to test the model, and the results show that the multi-objective LRP model is rational and feasible.
