Prevention and Feedback Process in Emergency Management of Urban Underground Space
The acceleration of the urbanization in China has led to the deterioration of the population, traffic and environment. Although the limited ground space has been over exploited, it still canD meet the human demands, so people turn to use the underground space. But the hidden and closed underground space makes the problem of underground space damage even worse and more complicated, and if the underground space is formed it canD easily be recovered. Now in the progress of emergency management, the basic procedure is often focused on the response in the middle of the event, but ignored the precaution and the feedback. This situation can no longer meet the demands of underground space security. The paper has discussed the importance of the precaution and feedback in the process of emergency management in the underground space of cities through several samples. The paper also reveals that it should strengthen the precaution and feedback as well as make sure of the dealing in emergency scene, so as to improve the level of the whole progress of emergency management.
