A Tentative Study on Flood-Prevention Material Stockings and Management Pattern of the Yellow River
Flood-prevention material is the significant material base for river flood-prevention and emergency fighting, and its stockings and management is of special importance. A guarantee of the quantity and quality of flood-prevention material and optimization of flood-prevention storage and management is beneficial for flood prevention and emergency fighting. Taking flood-prevention material as its object, this paper explores the application of emergency logistics theory to the study on water conservancy and flood-prevention material stockings and management pattern based on current development of water conservancy cause and the existing problems in logistics related to water conservancy projects, establishes an emergency material evaluating system and classifies emergency material using fuzzy evaluation; analyzes emergency material stockings management strategy from the material classification and inventory control model based on the study on emergency material stockings management pattern; and provides proposals on emergency material optimization and stocking management policy.
