The study on Catastrophe Insurance Mechanism in China

摘要：

This paper proposes a transformation of catastrophe insurance mechanism from government leading to cooperation between twr And Commercial insurance company, reinsurance company and bond market may play important role. Catastrophe establishment helps alleviate the fiscal burden, risk diversification and mm after-emergency to before-emergency funding.
