Thoughts on the Emergency Management Mechanism of Government Accounting System

摘要：

At present, the corresponding reform of government accounting is far behind the development of emergency management system for sudden events and the existing government accounting system have more problems in crisis fund management and coping with public crisis, which influence the effect of crisis response. This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of establishing the emergency management mechanism of government accounting system; secondly, the deficiencies and shortcomings of existing government accounting system in the emergency management are analyzed; finally, the idea of establishing the emergency management mechanism of government accounting system is proposed.
