Thinking of Northeast Asia regional government public crisis management--based on a comparative analysis of Dalian XinGang and Gulf of Mexico
Along with the development of modern society, challenges emerge in endlessly, especially in recent years, along with various unexpected events are constantly emerging, the governments?ability of handling crisis are facing a great challenge, especially in northeast Asia involves many countries and regions, the performance of crisis management directly related to the sustainable development of northeast Asia.This article will focus on spill bombing crisis as the inspection object, select the Gulf of Mexico oil leakage events and Dalian of China tubing bombings two regional typical case, this paper compares two specific governments behavior on the same type of crisis management and their effect, thus reflects the two governments in crisis management features as well as the existing problems. Study found that: the Chinese government has fast reaction, material allocate, personnel mobilization are larger advantage; The U.S. government has a complete crisis management system, integrity and technology are their advantages, different countries in crisis management has its own advantages and disadvantages, different countries should learn from each other in crisis management process, thus can avoid the spread of the crisis in human society and development.
