Preliminarily Study of Scenario Analysis based Emergence Management

摘要：

Based on the importance of scenario analysis about emergency management, the present situation of scenario analysis was described. Besides, through the comparative analysis, this paper proposes the features of scenario analysis and its operations. The results show that more and more experts begin to research the scenario analysis, and the number of papers published increased gradually. Literature indicates that the number of papers was 67 and 8 published by the scholars at home and abroad respectively between 2001 and 2005. However, it increased to 104 and 154 respectively from 2006 to 2010. The scope of research extended from Library, Computer and Engineer to Energy, Environment and Emergency Management.
