Emergency Responsiveness to the Accident Occurred in Libya

The essay introduces the Emergency Responsiveness Plan applied by China National Machinery Industry Corporation for handling with various accidents that may occur outside of China and highlights the risk analysis and responsive measures that were taken for the large-size residential buildings and associated works project executed in Libya. When the accident happened in Libya, the commanding team was immediately set up and the working guidance was developed as the basis for prompt and positive measures in compliance with the requirements of the Emergency Responsiveness Plan, which helped to effectively avoid injuries to the personnel and damages or losses to the properties.
