A Discussion on Innovative Introduction of CIS and Implementation of the Cultural Management of a CityDs Image Building

摘要：

City image build strategy (CIS) is one of the most important responsibilities of a city manager. Cultural management is the higher level of scientific management. This article carefully analyzes and discusses how to build city image from the aspect of cultural management; moreover, it addresses CIS as a functional way and useful tool to build a cityDs image; finds a scientific model and way to implement functional culture management method to build a cityDs image. The main purpose of this article is to provide solutions for contemporary city management model Ds innovation and city image building.
