Practicability Study on Treatment of Chinese kitchen waste by using Anaerobic technology from Germany

摘要：

This article introduces the emergence and development of the anaerobic technology as well as its applications in biogas plants in Germany. By taking the treatment of food waste as an example, it aims to discuss the feasibility and practicability of treat Chinese kitchen wastes via dark fermentation process by using German mature technologies and sophisticated experiences with regard to anaerobic technology.
