Design of Integrated Gate Drivers with LTPS TFTs for Low Power Consumption

摘要：

A low power gate driver circuit is proposed to be integrated on a 2.4 inch QVGA AMOLED -panel employing p-type low temperature poly-Si(LTPS) TFTs. The proposed gate driver uses differential voltage switching logic with clock isolation technique to increase the reliability and reduce the power dissipation.
