A New Pixel Design for Compensating OLED Degradation and Non-uniformity of TFT

摘要：

We present a new pixel circuit concerning the display uniformity improvement and image sticking free for active matrix organic light emitting diodes (AMOLEDs) based on the low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors (LTPS-TFTs), The pixel circuit consists of five TFTs, two capacitors and two additional control signals. The simulation result shows that it can provide the compensation to both the non-uniformity of brightness and OLED degradation.
