Novel transparent cathode application in transparent lighting and transparent display

摘要：

We introduced a novel transparent cathode structure which using a new type of electron injection material (EIM) Lithium nitride (Li3N) and Ag as cathode metal. The transparent device, with transparent cathode of Li3N/Ag, shows a low driving voltage and a high efficiency. Then a 1.9 inch green transparent display with 128× 64 pixels and a 2.6 inch white transparent lighting device were developed.
