Flexible Electrodes using Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes Patterned on Paper Substrate

Flexible electrodes are essential for electronics on flexible substrates. Here, we use vacuum filtration to deposit single-wall carbon nanotubes (SW-CNT) films on paper substrates. By employing adhesive mask layer, patterned CNT films are fabricated as flexible electrodes. Several deposition methods were also compared, and the device performances are characterized. The paper-based flexible electrodes with SW-CNT patterns may show great potential in flexible display technology.
