PMOLED Micro Display and Performance Enhancing
A 0.17 green micro display driven by Passive. Matrix (PM) mode with the resolution of 1058 dpi and 128x 128 dot matrix was fabricated. The panel brightness achieve to 700 cd/m2 at driving voltage of 14 V. To achieve PM mode micro display, we designed a high brightness and lumen efficiency OLED device with low driving voltage by using a high mobility electron transport material DPPyA. The device drive voltage is less than 6 V with more than 25,000 cd/m2 of brightness, lower about 4V than that of device with commonly ETL Alq3 and lumen efficiency is 111m/W twice of the device with ETL Alq3.
