Study On the Deformation of a New Photo-spacer for Large Size TFT-LCD

摘要：

A new photo-spacer applied in large size TFT-LCD production was introduced. This material not only can withstand greater deformation, but has a higher recovery rate than other material. It was also concluded that the material had better heat tolerance and showed little dependent on column Spacer height in rubbing processes under the same production condition.
