Horizontal Electrical Field Switching (HEFS) Mode LCD with Slanted Electrodes

摘要：

In this paper, we present a new LCD mode named HEFS (Horizontal Electrical Field Switching) with wide view angle and high transmittance. A 2.83 inch WQVGA demo has been fabricated on a a-Si TFT line using this technology with good display property.
