6W fiber coupled laser diodes module at 635nm for laser projection

摘要：

We report on the development of compact 635nm laser diode (LD) module with a staircase architecture and multi-LD packages for laser projection. This module allows it to couple the light into a single fiber with 400um diameter, numerical Aperture (NA) 0.22. Optical output power of 6 W and optical to optical efficienciey of more than 96％ with AR fiber were demonstrated .
