Power-consumption comparison on TV and backlight module

摘要：

Power consumption of a LED TV and backlight module with dynamic backlight control (BLC) feature was evaluated. Measurements were made based on the discussion on 海峽两岸信息産业技术标准論壇 and the IEC 62087 standard for module and complete set, respectively. Comparison was conducted in a number of laboratories and results were collected to evaluate the power consumption relations between static patterns and dynamic patterns. Moreover, the results show the relations between BLC function on and BLC function off.
