Dynamic Load Analysis of Excavator Main Pumps Based on Stochastic Theory
The load of hydraulic excavator changes greatly during the working process and has a relatively notable property of random low-frequency. Its indeterminacy brings many difficulties to the design of the main hydraulic components. In this paper, based on the example of rotary working condition of excavator, the load of the main pumps is investigated with the field test instead of the traditional bench test. Based on the analysis of characteristics of working condition, the amplitude and spectrum of the dynamic test data of excavator were described by random theory and mathematical statistics method. The results show that this method may provide a foundation for the design of the hydraulic components of engineering machinery.
