Dynamic Optimization Design Research of Truck Mounted Pump Boom Based on Concrete Flowing Impact
By taking the boom system of 5-arm boom 57m truckmounted concrete pump as the research object, and studying the coupling effect, namely how the concrete flowing in concrete pipe interacts with the boom, this paper has established a dynamic model of the boom based on the concrete impact load, made a dynamic response calculation about boom structure, compared the data of dynamic stress experiment with that of the equivalent static load method. The results indicate that the long arm boom weight designed by the dynamic design method is lighter 6% than that of the equivalent static load method.
