Force Analysis of Connecting Rod between Separate Transportation Vehicles
In view of the situation of roadways narrow space and the characteristics of successive coal-mining related equipment, the design scheme of separate plate is put forward, which is composed of the power supply vehicle and self-propelled power vehicle. The force of connecting rod between the power supply vehicle and self-propelled power vehicle is calculated, and the software of multi-body dynamics analysis—ADAMS is used to simulate the connecting rods dynamic property. On the basis of real vehicle test, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of the connecting rod and verify the reliability of the separate plate.
