Fault Diagnosis of TTW30 Excavator/Loader Hydraulic Driving System

Aiming at the fault of no big difference between high speed and low speed when TTW30 hydraulic excavator/loader works in driving condition, this text puts forward the method that can make the walking speed of the loader meet the design requirements through analyzing the driving hydraulic system and work-device-arm hydraulic system and testing the fault for many times. This method provides the guiding ideas for using LS Load Sensing Multi-channel valve (M4) and LUDV Load Sensing Multichannel valve (M7) reasonably in the same hydraulic system.
