The Function Analysis and Design of Alien Shape Stone Multi-Function NC Machining Center
For the domestic stone products processing demand, developing the multifunctional stone alien products processing equipment is very necessary. Through analysis the special shape stone products processing function, they are divided the gantry column feed system, engraving and milling power head, turning dynamic power head, milling/grinding power head, vertical rotary worktable, horizontal rotary worktable, automatic tool changer system and the part of the auxiliary function modules. At the same time, through rational configuration of the key components as power head module and worktable module, processing center can process the stone products by the horizontal fives-axis processing and vertical fivesaxis processing, and can be combined different types, single function of the NC processing equipment, and will realize the plane products, curved surface products, anaglyph, three-dimensional axially symmetrical products, and other alien shape stone products of the mechanical work.
