摘要：

Introduction Selenium (Se) has recently received increasing attention in biofortified agricultural food products as an essential trace element for humans and animals in China. Adequate Se supplementation has been shown to be beneficial and significant in cancer prevention, anti-aging, processes and hoosting humans immune system for people living in Se deficiency areas (Gromadzinska et al., 2008).
