The Standard Deviations for Repeated Eigenvalues of Vibration Control for Structures with Uncertainties
The vibration control problem of repeated eigenvalue systems with random parameters is discussed, which is approximated by a deterministic one. A method for calculating the standard deviations of repeated eigenvalues of the control systems with random parameters is presented by using the random perturbation. It will not require the distribution function of the random parameters of the systems other than their means and variances. The numerical results show that the present method is effective.
