X-RAY DIGITAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY BASED ON VARIABLE VOLTAGE
For the complicated structural component with shape,structure complex and multi-materials,because of the bigger variations of the effective thickness in the orientation of X-ray penetration and the limit of the dynamic range of X-ray imaging system,the conventional imaging mode of fixed voltage easily appears the phenomenon of overexposed and underexposed.The complete structure information cant be obtained,the projection information is seriously lack,and it will impact the quality of X-ray image.So the technology of X-ray digital imaging based on variable voltage has been advanced.The new method changes the tube voltage according to the matching character of tube voltage and effective thickness.Then use the image extraction and fusion to get the full projection information.The new technology can adequately enlarge the hardware potential,improve the ability of testing,and complete representation the internal structure information of the complicated structural component.
