Analysis of the Relationship between the Employee Training and the Level of the Risk Management of Village Bank in China
In order to strengthen the risk management of the village banking of China, it is important for them to enhance the employee’s individual quality. One of the key factors which have significant influence on the employee’s individual quality is the employee training. In this paper, utilizing qualitative analysis method, the characteristics of the qualified employees in the village bank of China have been described at first, and then from the point of the demanding for the individual quality, the employee trainings for enriching risk management knowledge and the relationship between the employee training and the level of the risk management of village bank in China have been discussed. At last, some suggestions such as the levels of the employee trainings, the matters relating to the employee trainings of the village bank have been made. The intention of all above is to promote the level of the risk management of the village bank of China.
