Study on 3G-based Telecommuting Mobile Monitoring System

In order to solve the problem of real-time data transmitting during the first aiding of pre-patients and monitoring out of hospital, this paper designed a 3G-based telecommuting mobile monitoring system. The 3G transmitting module in the system can transmit patients real-time physiological data and location data collected by plug-in monitors to 3G mobile networks, then to the internet Through socket and multithreading program, the server program can actualize the following functions: medical treatment and GPS datas receiving, disposing, displaying and marking on the Google Earth map. At the same time, the monitoring information can be shared by collecting hospitals LAN (local area network) and HIS(Hospital Information System). It turned out that the system is stable and inexpensive. Therefore, it is much applicable in practice.
