The fusion methods and evaluation on HR and CCD remote sensing image of CBERS
Images fusion is a hot research focus in remote sensing and related areas. Images obtained by Chinas first civilian satellite CBERS-02B with high spatial resolution have been widely used in many fields. HR camera gets the panchromatic image in which spatial resolution can reaches 2.36 m and CCD camera obtains multi-spectral image that has five spectral bands with 19.5m resolution. To take full advantage of high spatial information in panchromatic image and spectral information in multispectral image, this paper presents three fusion methods (IHS transformation, HPF transformation, and Wavelet transformation) using HR and CCD images from CBERS02B.
