One Necessary Condition for the Wavelet Tight Frame Based on MRA with Dilation 3/2

摘要：

The objective of this paper is to study and obtain one necessary condition of wavelet tight frame with dilation factor 3/2 based on FMRA. It is also given two examples to prove that the necessary condition is meaningful.
